First and foremost, Foster Friess was a servant of God. A generous philanthropist, devout Christian and unwavering patriot, he was dedicated to improving the lives of people around the globe. With his heartwarming grin, infectious enthusiasm, and fun-loving spirit, Foster lit up every room he walked into. Communities across the Cowboy State were made better by his generosity and advocacy for better education, healthcare and government transparency. I was honored to call him friend.
